Identify Your Dream Corporation serves children, youth, and families in Pontiac and surrounding Michigan communities impacted by trauma, violence, and economic barriers. Through mentoring, emotional literacy, leadership development, and violence prevention, we help young people heal, discover their purpose, and build brighter futures. A $10,000 Chief Cares grant would expand our Dreamers programs, remove transportation barriers, provide essential learning resources, and create more safe, empowering spaces where every young person has an opportunity to thrive.
