CHN provides housing and housing resources for people who are homeless or facing homelessness, people with disabilities, people with low income, and other vulnerable residents of Michigan.

Services CHN provides include affordable housing development; Permanent Supportive Housing programs; Rapid ReHousing; Eviction Prevention; housing navigation; property management; the Housing Resource Center; homeless street outreach; financial, renter, and homebuyer education; and community advocacy.
